Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), the service you are interested in, your message, your consent and the time you sent it.

Campaign parameters (UTM): if you arrive through a link tagged with utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term or utm_content, these values are kept temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage and sent along with the form. They only tell us which campaign brought you here and are not used to identify you.

Cookieless visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate figures such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type and country. It sets no cookies and does not track you across websites.

Google Analytics 4: loaded only after you press “Accept” in the cookie notice. It then sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies to measure visits (pages viewed, device, approximate location). If you reject or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Technical data: as with any website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and block attacks.

The website does not ask for your home address, file attachments, identity documents or sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

We use the form details to answer your request: to call you, message you on Zalo or email you to clarify what you need, and to send a plan and a quote.

Statistics show us which pages are useful so we can improve the website. Technical data helps keep the website secure.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process the form data on the basis of your consent (the tick box before sending), and we only load Google Analytics if you consent in the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.

Technical data is processed because it is needed to run the website securely, to the extent the law allows.

Who we share it with

Only the KDN staff handling your request can see what you send in the form.

We use a few service providers to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing, storing quote requests in its database, and cookieless statistics), an email service that forwards form submissions to KDN's inbox, and Google (Google Analytics if you consent; Google Maps and Google Drive only when you press to load the map or the company profile).

We only disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.

Transfers outside Vietnam

Cloudflare and Google may run servers outside Vietnam, so your data may be processed abroad. We do this in line with Vietnamese rules on transferring personal data overseas.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and then deleted. If a request leads to a contract, the related records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Google Analytics data (if you consented) is kept for up to 14 months. UTM values in sessionStorage are cleared when you close the browser tab.

Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, the 2025 Law on Personal Data Protection and their implementing rules, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal data is processed;
• give or refuse consent, and withdraw it;
• access, view and get a copy of your data;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• ask us to restrict processing, or object to it;
• complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.

How to exercise your rights

Email info@kdnco.com.vn with the subject “Personal data request”, or call 0765 195 858. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time limits set by law.

To withdraw your consent to Google Analytics, press “Cookie settings” in the footer and choose “Reject”.

Keeping data secure

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Only the people who need it can access request data, and we choose service providers with appropriate security measures.

Children

The website is intended for businesses and working adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
